For a longer rented property, Cozy Homes provides management services that will maintain the property in good condition. Furthermore, we provide a range services to suit your property managing needs. With long term rents, we only charge one months rent as commission. Long Term rent is 6 months or more.

Cozy Homes can provide a single add-on service, for a fee of:
2 bedrooms or less
€60 + VAT
3 bedrooms or more
€80 + VAT
* More guests & more beds will incur additional changeover prices.
* A washing machine should be available or cleaning costs may increase.
* The property must be registered with a tourist license.
